With this Basic module, the user can define master for each salesman and choose the appropriate salesman at the Invoice/Credit Note voucher and will be able to generate Salesman wise Outstanding, Item Sales Report, & collection Report. The advanced module also allows to define the percentage of Commission payable based on the criteria of Gross Sales Value and generate a Commission Payable Report.
The customized AutoBackup feature allows the user to create user defined backup mechanism which allows the Tally Prime system to initiate automated backup folder copies defined by Date and Time stamp on the local disk or Network drive at three different scheduled times.
The Voucher approval module allows user to define the set of vouchers for which approval is mandatory to take effect on the Tally UAE Application through the Security Control feature in TallyPrime. All Vouchers configured for approval fall in a separate register and the Authorized Manager or Supervisor can approve the vouchers after verifying and then it will appear in the books of accounts. The user also has the provision to set up hierarchy for the approvals like first stage of approval by Supervisor and the secondary approval from the Manager.

The Barcode Printing solution allows the user to design the Barcode labels in A4 paper or continuous label rolls and print the barcodes at the Item Master Level or at the time of entering the Receipt Note and Purchase Invoices. The user can define the fields to appear in the label as the Item code, Description, Price.
Voucher templates can be customized as per the requirements of the customer be it on a Letterhead or Plain paper with Logo embedded. We also undertake customization on Preprinted Continuous Stationery for Dot Matrix Printers on A4 as well as A5 paper size.
The File Attachment module allows the user to attach scanned documents like Invoice copies, statutory documents, Item catalogues etc. along with the vouchers entered in TallyPrime. With a click of button, the user can retrieve the desired document from the System.
The default Tally Prime UAE does not allow balancing for the Daybook Report. With the customized module, the user can take the report the Daybook Report with Cash Balance as per the user defined periods
If the user wants to print the vouchers like Sales Invoices, Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, etc with custom named titles this module is very useful.
