Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client business processes and requirements to propose suitable Odoo solutions.
- Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo ERP modules such as Accounting, Inventory, CRM, HRMS, and Manufacturing.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide documentation for Odoo functionalities.
- Collaborate with the technical team for advanced customizations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during and after implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction with Odoo solutions.
- Stay updated with Odoo's latest features and developments to offer innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules and their business applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client expectations.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Odoo or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Middle East business environment and VAT compliance.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
