We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain SaaS products and business applications. You will work across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and databases, supporting workflows such as HR, payroll, attendance, approvals, and ERP integrations.
You will work with technical colleagues and business users to turn requirements into reliable, secure, and easy-to-use software.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications across the frontend and backend.
- Build reusable UI components with clear navigation, consistent layouts, and accessible interactions.
- Create and maintain APIs, business logic, validation, and integrations with external services.
- Design and update database schemas, write efficient queries, and prepare safe database migrations.
- Implement authentication, role-based permissions, and secure handling of customer data.
- Maintain accurate calculations and consistent records in business and financial workflows.
- Investigate defects, identify root causes, and deliver fixes with appropriate regression tests.
- Write automated tests and verify complete user workflows before release.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, estimate tasks, and communicate progress.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience developing and supporting full stack web applications.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with React, Next.js, or a comparable frontend framework.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, or a comparable backend technology.
- Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs, including validation and error handling.
- An understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Familiarity with Git, pull requests, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong debugging skills and the ability to understand an existing codebase.
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and ownership of assigned work through testing and release.
Additional experience that would be useful:
- HRMS, payroll, attendance, accounting, or other business software.
- Multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Frappe/ERPNext, Odoo, or integrations with ERP platforms.
- Payment gateways, biometric devices, email services, or webhooks.
- Docker, Linux, cloud hosting, and application monitoring.
- React Native or Expo.
- AI-assisted development tools, with careful review and verification of generated code.
