How to calculate Corporate Tax in UAE ------------------------------------- The UAE government implemented a 5% value-added tax (VAT) in the country on January 1, 2018. They announced the implementation of a Corporate tax in UAE in January 2022. The basic corporation tax rate will be 9% for enterprises with net annual earnings of AED 375,000 or more. Moreover, 0% for businesses with net annual profits of less than AED 375,000.
